Welcome to Sa Roqueta
In this space I would like to show you, or at least I will try to, the most human and personal side of Tina Deutsch, a German citizen who fell in love with Mallorca more than 30 years ago: the Serra de Tramuntana, the hidden caves, nature all over the island; olive, almond, carob trees… And of course its gastronomy: ensaimadas, panades, trampó, and of course, the delicious pa amb oli. The truth is, it is difficult not to fall in love with this lifestyle on the island. Here we live mediterraneament.
